If you wish to return your purchased goods, please reach out to us for necessary arrangements. You are allowed to initiate a return request within 7 days after the purchase invoice date. Please ensure the return parcel is securely packed, and be sure to include the original invoice provided as proof of purchase.
Goods returned must be in original conditions to be eligible for a refund. If the goods have been used or damaged, there will not be any refund issued. Aonic Sdn Bhd will not be responsible if the return shipment is lost in transit. Once the returned goods have been checked and approved, Aonic Sdn Bhd will send a confirmation email to notify you, refund will be issued within 5 working days after the confirmation email.
